JL128 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. Underage registration is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
Each player is permitted to hold only one JL128 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. JL128 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
The JL128 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. JL128 does not represent that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the JL128 Platform:
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the JL128 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. JL128 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. JL128 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
JL128 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending compliance.
JL128 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. JL128 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which JL128 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed only to verified accounts. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. JL128 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days.
JL128 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be temporarily held. Players will be notified of any delay and the reason where permitted by applicable regulations.
All transactions on the JL128 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. JL128 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.
Account balances that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. JL128 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any such fee is applied.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by JL128 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these conditions before accepting any bonus.
JL128 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Participation in the JL128 Rewards program is subject to the program's specific terms as published on the Rewards page. JL128 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program at any time with reasonable notice to participants.
Each game available on the JL128 Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. JL128 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
All RNG-based games on the JL128 Platform use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds. JL128 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, JL128 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. JL128 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. The principle that "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the Platform.
If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules and the result recorded by JL128's servers shall be final. JL128 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JL128 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

JL128 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and JL128 cannot guarantee absolute security.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JL128 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
JL128's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your JL128 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude JL128's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

JL128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the JL128 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact JL128's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. JL128 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
